A bit of background – Bruce Allison CEO and Service Delivery Manager
Over the last 18 years Bruce built a formidable knowledge base focused on hosted solutions. He brings a fundamental understanding of an organisations cloud based IT communications touch points across industries for both SME , large enterprise and government.
He is a specialist in providing solutions and building channels to market in the IT communications space. This is paired with his large network of venders developed over the last 20 years with various organisations in the ICT space forming the nucleus of Commscloud’s vender network.
Bruce recognised that as IT communications solutions became commoditised, organisations would still look for differentiators and value in the solutions they procured. A centralised hub with specialist suppliers provides that ability to reintroduce the value proposition into the selection process. If there is a race to the bottom on pricing then the result is also a race to reduced service quality. That stops with Commsclouds panel of service providers offering differing SLA’s which balance the price equation.
The purpose of Commscloud is to provide access to a prequalified IT communications vendor network to help organisations engage with the most appropriate service providers for their particular requirement.

Steve is Technical Director and a natural leader bringing 17 years of experience from programmer to IT Infrastructure Manager for Grays online e-commerce and auction IT infrastructure for 450 staff. Previously he was Director of Operations & Global Services South Asia for Premiere Global Services and as such a communications specialist covering messaging, conferencing, VoIP, virtual environments and providing Managed IT services.
